Thank you for your interest in reporting an outcome. Outcomes are critical to CGRS's work!
Go to your My Account dashboard, where you'll find a list of your previously-submitted cases.
Find the case number for the case in which you're reporting an outcome. Click "Report an Outcome" to the right of the case number.
The outcomes form asks for specific information on your case. The more detail you are able to provide, the more useful the outcome will be for our work.
To report a case that's not yet registered with CGRS, fill out a case intake. You will then be able to fill out the outcomes form. Thanks in advance for helping suppport CGRS!
