This in-person training on drafting Ninth Circuit opening briefs for fear-based claims for relief is intended for attorneys who are new to practicing before the courts of appeals. It will provide a thorough overview of the full drafting process, with a particular focus on identifying arguments, understanding standards of review, and presenting arguments persuasively.
