Refugee and human rights advocates submitted a written statement to the International Court of Justice addressing climate-related displacement as a useful reference for participating parties in the matter of the Obligations of States in Respect of Climate Change.

Refugee and human rights advocates submitted an amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) brief to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACtHR) to inform the Court’s upcoming Advisory Opinion regarding States’ human rights obligations in the context of the unfolding climate emergency.

CGRS and our partners filed a report with the Inter-American Commission on on Human Rights describing the situation of victims of sexual violence in Haiti, and calling on the commission to extend and expand its Precautionary Measures to better protect Haitian women and girls.
