Examining the Court-Ordered Reimplementation of the Remain in Mexico Policy

We submitted a statement for the record to the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Border Security, Facilitation, & Operations, calling on Congress to ensure through oversight and appropriations an end to the inhumane and unlawful Remain in Mexico policy.
