Please join the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies (CGRS) for a virtual MCLE webinar on statutory withholding of removal claims. We will discuss the differences between asylum and withholding of removal and the different standards applicants must meet to establish their entitlement to withholding. We will also discuss scenarios where you may wish to consider withholding claims for your clients and strategies for representing clients before EOIR.
