This interactive in-person training will provide space for advocates to share and discuss recent challenges in practice before the Asylum Office as well as Immigration Court. We will also offer a collaborative space to discuss strategies in gender-based and family-based cases impacted by the recent Attorney General decisions re-instating Matter of L-E-A- II, Matter of A-B- I, and Matter of A-B- II, as well as the BIA's decision in Matter of K-E-S-G-.
