Drafting Ninth Circuit Opening Briefs

Please join the Justice & Diversity Center's (JDC) AOD Program and the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies (CGRS) for a webinar on drafting Ninth Circuit opening briefs for fear-based claims for relief. This training is intended for attorneys who are new to practicing before the courts of appeals. It will provide a thorough overview of the full drafting process, with a particular focus on identifying arguments, understanding standards of review, and presenting arguments persuasively.
