Please join the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies (CGRS) for a virtual MCLE webinar on best practices in representing youth clients who face a long journey to permanent immigration status due to USCIS and immigration court backlogs. We will discuss the backlogs for different forms of relief and how to talk to youth clients about them, best practices for and ethical issues that may arise when working with youth over a long period of time, and resources for planning for the future. We will also discuss potential defense strategies given the rapidly changing immigration policy landscape.
Attendees are encouraged to submit questions on the registration form.
