Please join the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies (CGRS) for a webinar discussing the evolving legal landscape for gender- and family-based asylum claims. The webinar will focus on the recent decisions Matter of S-S-F-M-, Matter of R-E-R-M- & J-D-R-M-, and Matter of K-E-S-G-. It will review the current state of BIA and circuit law in the aftermath of these precedents and discuss strategies for presenting gender- and family-based claims in the aftermath of these precedents.
