Charles manages day-to-day financial activities, supports budgeting, and ensures compliance with funding requirements contributing to CGRS’s financial transparency and efficient program support. Prior to joining CGRS, he has been associated with public policy, advocacy, and legal services organizations in New York and the Bay Area.
He holds a Bachelor's in Politics and Sociology with a minor in Computer and Informational Sciences, as well as a Master's degree in Political Science with emphasis in international relations.
