Dulce’s work focuses on border related issues, including litigation and policy advocacy efforts to restore access to asylum in the U.S.
Before law school, Dulce worked at various immigrants’ rights organizations, where she coordinated immigration clinics in Southern California and advocated for immigrant survivors of gender-based violence. During law school, Dulce interned at the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project, National Immigration Law Center (NILC), and CGRS.
